🌍 Hopoti Now Available in 22 Languages

We've added 13 new languages to Hopoti! You can now use the platform in: Czech, Danish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Lithuanian, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Chinese.

These additions join the nine languages we previously supported: Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish.

That's 22 supported languages in total, making Hopoti more accessible than ever! We're now ready to welcome businesses from 40+ countries, with most in the local language, too – this marks a significant milestone for Hopoti as a truly international and global platform.

🌐 You can change your preferred language and country from your "Account Settings" anytime.

🏦 Daily Payouts Option for Businesses

We've introduced a new optional Daily Payouts feature for businesses that want to receive their payouts every weekday, instead of once a week.

  • Available to eligible businesses upon request.

  • +0.3% additional fee on payments applies only if you opt-in.

  • Weekly Payouts on Mondays remain free of charge as usual.

As a business, you can now search for clients by phone number or email address using the search bar on the Clients page – making it easier than ever to find who you're looking for.

We've made various tweaks and fixes to improve the Hopoti experience:

  • Fixed issues with Achievements statistics date selectors.

  • Improved visibility of payments in client history.

  • Enhanced features for managing hidden clients.

  • Better horsecare views on mobile.

  • Various other improvements for both stables and riders.

πŸ“ Legal Terms Updated

Since our last major legal update in 2019, Hopoti has expanded in North America, Australia, and many new European countries. As we grow, we need to stay aligned with international and national regulations, including GDPR (EU, UK), DSA (EU), APP (AU), CPA (CA), CCPA (US), and various other state-level and national regulations, to ensure compliance across different regions. To reflect these requirements and support Hopoti's continued global expansion, we have updated our legal documents as of February 4, 2025.

Alongside our legal updates, we've made some regional pricing adjustments for Business Accounts, that take effect on March 6, 2025. Here's a quick overview:

Europe

  • βœ… Removed extra fees for business cards (+0.4%), cross-EU/UK cards (+1.0%), and international cards (+1.75%).

  • πŸ’³ Only +1% extra fee remains for AMEX.

  • ⚠️ Disputed payments now follow Stripe's standard chargeback fees β†’ €20 / Β£20 / 200kr / local equivalent per dispute.

United States & Canada

  • βœ… Removed +1.5% extra for international cards.

  • πŸ’³ No extra fees for any card brands or countries – all included in the standard fee.

  • ⚠️ Stripe chargeback fees now apply β†’ $20 per disputed transaction.

Australia & New Zealand

  • βœ… Removed +1.15% extra for international cards.

  • πŸ’³ Only +1% extra fee for AMEX – all card brands enabled by default.

  • ⚠️ Stripe chargeback fees now apply β†’ A$30 / NZ$30 per disputed transaction.
