Our fixed fee includes even the regular card transaction costs from our payment provider, Stripe. Please see below Stripe's pricing for reference:

Stripe, our payment provider, is in charge of the processed transactions. They take the payments in full, deduct the Hopoti fees automatically, and pay the rest to your bank account. There are weekly payouts on each Monday with the following delays for which payments are included in the payout:

Accelerated speed is available after meeting certain criteria based on risk and history with Stripe. High-risk businesses have a payout speed of 14 calendar days.

We charge only a fixed 3.3%–4.4% fee from your payments. The fee is based on the region of your business or a separately agreed contract specifying otherwise. Please see the top of this page for the regional fees.

Our fee is charged for the entire payment amount. We charge you the minimum fee whenever our commission would be lower than that. Before the current rate of VAT is applied when applicable, these minimum fees are:

Some business cards or cards issued outside your region have an additional fee following Stripe's additional pricing directly. All card payments are accepted, and you can't block cards that include an additional fee. Before the current rate of VAT is applied when applicable, these additional fees are:

Hopoti.com is provided by Hopoti Software Oy (FI27707946), subject to Finland's taxation under the Finnish VAT Act. By default, that means a VAT charge is added to our total fee in the EU area. Please see full details and exemptions:

If your company has registered as liable for VAT in the EU (outside Finland), the VAT liability can be transferred directly to your company – this is called a reverse VAT charge. In short, this means that we do not charge VAT in our sales fee, and your company is liable for the VAT of our service fee in your country. Please send us your EU VAT number for verification to remove the VAT charge from our sales fee. Also, be sure to follow your country's taxation principles!
