Introducing Quick Checkout – a streamlined booking process for trail rides, arena bookings, and competitions, or any other one-time or tourism clients. When enabled, new riders simply provide their name, phone, and email, bypassing the full rider registration. This ensures a smooth and fast experience while maintaining all usual forms, payments, and options. After the booking, the client is visible as usual, but with just the essential information saved.

You can toggle the feature in Business Settings → Default Settings → Quick checkout type, and choose:

Use standard registration for most bookings, but enable Quick Checkout only on specific booking calendars' Events and Services. Go to Business Settings → Calendars to enable Quick Checkout per calendar.

Use Quick Checkout for every booking to maximise speed and simplicity, without having to select the option anywhere else.

We've added new options to make planning, copying, and communicating with your riders easier than ever.

From Events → ⬇️ Show more options (on the right), you'll find a new Send messages button. Select one or multiple events from your month, week, or day view to email everyone attending them – great for reminders, updates, or announcements.

The Copy events tool has been enhanced with a smoother workflow. Choose Copy events under the same menu, select multiple events from the calendar (or use Select all) to duplicate your full weekly schedule in seconds. Now supports both recurring and one-off events for greater flexibility. This feature is only available on desktop.

The Show event type toggle introduced in the previous update now includes a convenient dropdown selector for each event in the calendar. You can now assign or adjust event types – like Jumping, Dressage, or Trail – directly from your weekly or monthly views, making your scheduling faster and clearer. This feature is only available on desktop.

When adding Horsecare entries, you'll now see an Add next button alongside the usual Add. This creates a new entry pre-filled with the same details for horses, entry type and timing – perfect for quickly adding multiple medications or similar notes for the same horse for example.
