✉️ A brand new look for all emails
All automatic emails sent through Hopoti have been completely redesigned from the ground up. The new design uses your stable's own photos and logo, so every message feels like it genuinely comes from you — not from a generic booking platform. The result is a much more professional and personal experience for your riders.
Along with the visual overhaul, we've also reviewed and improved the content of each email. The wording is clearer, the information is better structured, and the most important details are easier to find at a glance.
🔗 Share your event link without leaving the management view
Previously, getting a shareable link for an event meant navigating away to the customer-facing view — a small but annoying extra step, especially when you're in the middle of managing things. That's no longer needed.
As soon as you create an event, you'll find a Share button right on the Attendees tab.
📅 Participant names now appear in your calendar
Hopoti lets instructors sync their teaching hours directly to their personal calendar — and that sync just got a lot more useful. When you sync a lesson to your calendar, the calendar event now includes the names of all the participants signed up for that session.
This means you can check who's coming to your next lesson straight from your phone's calendar app, without needing to open Hopoti at all. It's a small change that makes a real difference when you're preparing for your day.
