Your stable can send you invoices, for example for a season of lessons or a booking deposit. Pay them online in Hopoti by the due date so your bookings stay confirmed.
Pay an invoice
Select Invoices in the top bar. Your unpaid invoices are on the Open tab.
Tick the invoices you want to pay. You can pay several together if they're from the same stable and have the same tax rate.
Select Continue to payment.
Choose how to pay and complete the payment.
The invoice moves to the Paid tab, and the lessons it covers show as normal bookings in your calendar straight away. Invoice details shows what an invoice is for. For receipts, see Find your receipts and payment history.
If your stable has added a booking fee (it may use its own name for it), the invoice says "Booking fee is added at checkout", and the total shows the fee before you pay.
Pay before the due date
Hopoti emails you reminders before an invoice is due and again before any bookings are cancelled. If you don't pay in time:
Invoices for lesson bookings you pay online, such as single lessons, season instalments and booking deposits, are cancelled with their bookings after your stable's grace period (3 days after the due date by default). Your places go to other riders. Cancelled bookings can't be restored: you'd need to book again.
Invoices for bookings you pay at the stable, marked Offline payment, aren't cancelled automatically. The booking stays until your stable marks the invoice as paid or removes it.
Membership invoices aren't cancelled: you keep your place, and your stable follows up with you. See Join a monthly Membership.
Invoices without bookings stay open until you pay them.
Need more time? Contact your stable before the due date.
Other situations
Open the section that fits you:
If you pay for your child
If you pay for your child
Your children's invoices come to your parent account: log in to your own account and open Invoices. You can pay invoices for several children together if they're from the same stable and have the same tax rate. See Set up a family account for your children.
If you chose to pay at the stable
If you chose to pay at the stable
When you book with one of your stable's offline methods, such as cash at the stable, you get an invoice marked Offline payment, due on the lesson date. Hopoti emails you the stable's payment instructions 24 hours before the lesson. Pay the stable as its instructions say, and the stable marks the invoice as paid. See Ways to pay.
This invoice isn't cancelled automatically, even after its due date: your booking stays until the stable marks the invoice as paid or removes it.
If your stable allows it, you can pay this invoice online in Invoices instead, with no second booking fee added. An offline invoice is paid on its own, not together with other invoices.
If you can't pay an invoice
Check these in order:
The page says an account is missing information ("The following accounts are still missing information - invoices cannot be paid until the information is filled out."). Select Account settings next to that account's name, fill in the missing rider details, such as height, weight or an emergency contact, and save. Then go back to Invoices and pay.
You ticked invoices from different stables or with different tax rates, or an offline invoice with others. Pay them separately.
The payment didn't go through. See My payment failed or I was charged twice.
Questions about an invoice, a later due date or a paper invoice go to your stable. For technical problems, message our team in the chat with your stable's name, the invoice number (under Invoice details) and what you see.
