Change password or email

After you have logged in, you can change your password or email in your account settings. You are asked to confirm change by entering your current password.

Forgot your password?

During login, you'll find the 'Forgot your password?' button. By tapping on it, you can request a new password to be sent to your email. It's advisable to copy the new password carefully into the password field, ensuring no extra characters like spaces are included. Remember to change the password immediately after the first login!

If you have a Gmail address, you can also use Google login!

The password I ordered is not working

Have you checked that, when copying the new password into the login window, no extra characters, such as spaces, are included? Make sure you are using the most recently ordered password.

I can't find the new password in my email

Have you checked your spam and other email folders to ensure the message isn't there? It's also advisable to request the password again if it doesn't arrive the first time.

  • If you want to change your account email but don't remember the password and don't have access to the old email, request a new one.

  • If you can't recall your current password and don't have access to your current email.

  • If the new password hasn't arrived in your email, and you can't find it in any folders.
