You can monitor your bookings, sales trends and statistics in the Archive. First, select a time frame. This will update the view to display the selected time frame. The key figures of stables can be monitored easily with the Overview, see the image below.

  • Sales and Sales excl. taxes indicate the total amount of Payments processed in the selected time frame.

  • Events shows the lessons in the selected time frame that include Reserved places and Total places.

  • Occupancy indicates the ratio of reserved places and the total number of places.

  • Ratings are combined from the selected time frame:

    • Positive ratings indicate how many % of the lesson, instructor and horse ratings have been 4 or 5.

    • Overall rating is the average lesson rating.

    • Instructor and horse ratings are averages of those categories.

  • Total card credits indicates the total amount of credits on the Stablecards owned by clients, and the Fill percentage below indicates the number of available places that could be booked with these credits.

  • Active clients indicates the number of clients who have participated in events in the selected time frame, whereas Total clients indicates the number of people on the Clients page.

  • Paid invoices tell you how much of the invoices in the term are paid and unpaid invoices are still in currency for the term.

  • Unpaid places are preliminary bookings that are tied to the payment of outstanding invoices.

  • Invoice pay delay shows by how much before (-) or after (+) the due date invoices have been paid on average.

  • Active horses are horses assigned for lessons during time frame and total horses counts all horses added to the company.

In addition to these key figures, the Overview also displays the corresponding figures of the previous time frame and the percentage change to make monitoring your business as effortless as possible. You can also change the time frame you want to compare at the bottom of the page.

In addition to the Overview, all the data of a Hopoti business account is available conveniently as tables in the Archive. Data in tabular format can be Arranged by header, Filtered according to various fields and Downloaded as a spreadsheet for further usage in Excel, for example. In addition to the tables, at the top of almost all the sections, there are charts where you can select different information for display. An example of the Payments view and a list of different views are presented below.

  • Payments is a list of all payments made via Hopoti in the selected time frame.

  • VAT / GST / TAX is a summary created for taxation purposes.

  • Events section has every event held during time frame.

  • Bookings indicates all lessons booked and cancelled in the selected time frame.

  • Cards indicates the amount of Stablecards given to clients in the selected time frame.

  • Invoices shows all invoices that have due date during time frame.

  • Horses includes the activity and other information regarding all horses.


In addition to this data in tabular format, you can also browse and download various reports from the Reports section. Currently, the following reports are available:

  • Commission receipts are for accounting purposes. These receipts show the Hopoti service charges in the given time frame, which are automatically charged from payments to the company's bank account.

  • Accounting report is a quick and easy PDF summary of payments and sales for a selected time frame.

  • Event report – in this report, you will find all the events that occur during the time frame. Key values, which are the number of events and reservations as well as the occupancy rates, have been collected on the cover page. Key values are also available according to skill level, cancellation policy, instructor, premise, and event type, making it easy to compare between them.

  • Horse report gives you easy access to the workloads of horses, the types of events done and, for example, estimated revenue and utilisation. Comparison between horses is convenient, and the report can also be used to support horse well-being.

  • Age report – you can use the age report to find customers of a certain age who have booked lessons during the selected time frame. The report shows total persons, lessons/courses and full list of persons matching criteria.
