Hopoti is preparing for internationalization - when you first come to the site, Hopoti's language will be automatically selected according to the language of the browser and, correspondingly, Hopoti's country based on the location of the device. The language and country can be changed at the bottom left of the pages, and for non-logged-in users they will also appear as part of the web page address.
Hopoti can also be used in Estonian in addition to the previous Finnish, English, Swedish, French and Dutch languages.
Stable and event search has been improved, ie in the future the search can also be performed at the device's location and the previous search will remain in the browser's memory for faster use.
A completely new Invoices feature that makes paying through Hopoti even more flexible and easier. The stable can create Invoices to be paid to riders through Hopoti, which riders can pay from their own Hopoti profile using normal Hopoti payment methods. Invoices can be one-time, they can be divided into parts or they can be recurring. With these options, for example, collecting various monthly fees, billing for occasional things, and several other special cases can be done really effortlessly.
The stable can create payment plans for lessons of manually added riders. Each rider can create their own payment plan to pay for the hours, i.e. the total price, the number of parts, the due dates and any booking fee. By creating a plan, the rider will be added to the selected hours as an unpaid reservation and the Bills according to the plan will be paid to the rider's Hopoti profile.
Payments for the season have been redesigned to support the new Invoices function, meaning that teams can also sell periods in installments using Invoices, collect registrations for the period with a booking fee or even in advance without payment. After the renewal, the payer can choose whether to pay for the entire season at once or at no extra cost in installments. It is also easier to sell seasons and camps in advance when paying the booking fee keeps the whole season booked and the Invoices can be conveniently paid from Hopoti.
On the new Invoices page of the stable, you can view all sent, paid and completed Invoices - whether they came from manual Invoices, registrations for the season or a payment plan created by the team. You can also delete unpaid Invoices and edit certain Invoices.
New emails added and views changed for Invoices around Hopoti. Riders will receive notifications of all new Invoices via email and in addition, reminders will be sent automatically as the Invoice due date approaches. The stables will also be notified of the Payment Email address specified in their own settings whenever someone pays the Invoice, as well as reminders if the Rider's Invoice is due. In addition, unpaid bookings are clearly marked on both the rider’s Calendar page and the stable’s Events and Day Planning views.
Customers page and Customer window have been improved with new mobile optimizations, and in addition, the loading time of the Customers page has been significantly accelerated.
When the business adds a customer to the lesson and selects the customer's stablecards as the payment method, the cards that do not fit in the hours based on the tags are marked separately.
