Start Hopoti Plus on hopoti.com/plus, switch between paying monthly and yearly, update your payment details, cancel, or give Hopoti Plus to someone as a gift. You manage Hopoti Plus yourself.
Before you start
Log in to the Hopoti account you want Hopoti Plus on. Hopoti Plus is switched on for the account you're logged in to, and you can only manage it from that account.
Prices depend on where you live. You see them on hopoti.com/plus.
Start Hopoti Plus
Log in to Hopoti and go to hopoti.com/plus.
Choose whether to pay monthly or yearly.
On the Stripe order page, enter your payment details and any discount code, and confirm your order.
Hopoti Plus is ready to use straight away. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Hopoti Plus renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel it.
Your 30-day free trial
If you haven't used Hopoti Plus before, you can start with a 30-day free trial. You add your payment details when you start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your paid Hopoti Plus starts the day after and your first payment is charged then. You may not get a separate reminder before the trial ends, so make a note of the date.
Switch between monthly and yearly, or update your payment details
Log in to Hopoti and go to hopoti.com/plus.
Select View, edit or cancel subscriptions.
On the page that opens, you can:
switch between paying monthly and yearly
change your payment method or billing details
see your invoice history and download your receipts
cancel Hopoti Plus
Cancel Hopoti Plus
Log in to the Hopoti account that has Hopoti Plus and go to hopoti.com/plus.
Select View, edit or cancel subscriptions.
Cancel Hopoti Plus and confirm the cancellation.
You keep Hopoti Plus until the end of the month or year you've paid for, or until your free trial ends, and you aren't charged again. Partly used months or years aren't refunded. The full terms are in the Hopoti Plus Subscription Agreement.
Give Hopoti Plus as a gift
You can give Hopoti Plus to another rider, for example a friend or a family member, as a Hopoti Plus gift card.
Go to hopoti.com/plus?gift.
Choose the gift card you want and pay for it.
We email the gift card to you straight away. Forward it to the person you're giving it to, or print it out.
The person who gets the gift card activates it on their own Hopoti account before the gift card expires. Hopoti Plus then starts on that account.
You can cancel a gift card purchase within 14 days of buying it, as long as the gift card hasn't been activated. Email support@hopoti.com from the email address you bought it with, and include the purchase date and your name. Once a gift card is activated, the purchase can't be cancelled.
If something doesn't work
Check these in order:
You can't find your Hopoti Plus or the View, edit or cancel subscriptions button: log in to the Hopoti account Hopoti Plus is on. You can only manage it from that account.
A payment failed: update your payment method under View, edit or cancel subscriptions. If a payment can't be confirmed, for example because your card has expired, we may pause or end your Hopoti Plus and let you know.
A Hopoti Plus gift card doesn't activate: check that it hasn't expired. A gift card can only be activated while it's valid.
