This is an appendix to the “Terms of Service for Business Accounts” and applies to businesses that provide services via Hopoti (Business account holder) and have selected monthly or yearly pricing with Hopoti.

Seller may use Hopoti as usual within the modified standard terms, including the monthly pricing given as an email offer. The contract is valid until further notice. The only changes and additions to the standard terms are the following:
Replace section 4, "Right of use", article G, which states:
"At least 80% of the bookings made by End users in the Service must be paid via Hopoti. The period of time regarding this term is considered to be a full calendar month during which the Service has been used to make bookings."
with the following statement:
"The seller undertakes to adhere to a separate Monthly or Yearly Pricing (Appendix) and to pay the monthly or yearly payments on time."
Overage usage can be billed in the next possible auto-renew payment or with a separate invoice or auto-payment at any point after the overage use has happened. Overage usage is billed at a +30% rate. Bookings paid with online payments are not counted towards the usage.
Business Account Holder can terminate the custom contract and the Hopoti Business Account one calendar month prior to the next billing date with written notice to support@hopoti.com.
Hopoti can terminate the custom contract and the Hopoti Business Account immediately in case of a Terms breach or unpaid invoice, or for other reasons one calendar month in prior to the next billing date with written notice to the billing contact email.
We will create a custom subscription link and share it with the Seller. The Seller can securely add a debit or credit card through the link, which will be charged automatically according to the billing cycle with the valid monthly or yearly price. If the Seller uses Hopoti online payments, these will be charged according to the regular pricing. Hopoti can change the payment methods by communicating with the Seller.
