📂 New Stripe Reporting in the Archive
We've added a brand-new Stripe page to the Archive that gives businesses much more insight and control over their payment data. The new section includes three tabs: Balance and Payouts, Payments and Disputes, and Documents. Take a look at what these views include 👇
📊 Balance and Payouts
Now payout and balance information are directly shown in Hopoti, making it much easier to track your income:
View all bank payouts and open them to see full details, such as included charges, payout dates and any refunds affecting the payout.
Check your current balance in Hopoti.
See your next estimated payout, including the date and amount.
Export your payouts for any selected period.

Clicking “See details” shows payouts coming your way – especially useful with our new daily payouts, where you'll see each transfer laid out by day.
Clicking on any individual Payout gives you the full breakdown – including fees, refunds, and net amounts – helping you stay fully informed.
💳 Payments and Disputes
This section lists all Hopoti transactions and their status – whether succeeded, refunded, partially refunded, or disputed. Clicking a payment reveals full details like the payment method used, timeline, and more. Filters are also available to help you find what you need quickly.
🆕 Combined Payments & Refunds CSV export available!
You can also export a new CSV file from the "Payments and Disputes" view, which includes the Amount of the payment and the Amount refunded in separate columns – a much-requested feature that clarifies your payment reporting. Learn more from our updated Accounting help article.
⚖️ Dispute management is now directly available in the "Payments and Disputes" view. Businesses can accept or counter disputes, upload evidence, and track the case as needed. We will continue to send email notifications when disputes arise or are resolved, but the actual process is now simpler and managed within Hopoti instead of manually through email.
🛎️ Pending verification requirements for live Hopoti businesses are now displayed in notification banners visible in the Archive and Settings. These ensure your business remains compliant and helps avoid any disruptions to payments or payouts. We'll also continue to notify you via email regarding these requirements.

The new Export button lets you download a detailed CSV that includes Amount and Amount Refunded in separate columns, all in one row – making accounting and reporting simpler than ever.

All three of these new Stripe tabs, along with their features and data exports, are provided as-is directly by Stripe. This is why we have included them on the individual Stripe page in the Archive. All previous Hopoti Archive views and exports remain unaffected and continue to be available as usual.
💷 New Payment Methods in Ireland and the UK
We've added support for two new payment options: Revolut Pay (IE, GB) and Pay by Bank (GB). Both are enabled by default in supported countries and come at no extra cost. These additions expand the existing options of Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, and card payments, giving clients more flexibility at Hopoti checkout.

Clients can pay using their Revolut balance or saved cards – even first-time users can check out smoothly. A secure and seamless payment experience trusted by over 50 million users – offering clients a familiar and convenient way to pay.
Pay by Bank | 🇬🇧
A new and real-time bank transfer method that leverages open banking. Clients select their bank at the Hopoti checkout and authorise the payment instantly within their banking app or portal. Supported by all major UK banks including Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Nationwide, Santander, Halifax, Monzo, Revolut, TSB, RBS, Bank of Scotland, First Direct, Ulster Bank, Danske Bank, and Coutts.

⚙️ Tech Upgrades & Fixes
We've upgraded Hopoti's underlying systems to the latest versions, bringing better performance and the latest security updates.
