📧 Email Notifications for Instructors
We have added a highly anticipated new feature to the stable settings to make daily planning and schedule management easier for instructors. You can now enable automatic email notifications, which immediately alert the designated instructor whenever a customer makes a booking for their lesson. This helps instructors stay up-to-date with participant numbers without needing to constantly check the system.
How to activate instructor emails?
Please activate the feature in Admin > Settings > Business Emails. In the "Booking and cancellation email" section, enable the "Send the same emails also to instructors directly" toggle.
🏷️ Tag Management on the Customers Page
Managing your customers is now faster and more effortless. We have brought customer tags into plain view directly on the main Customers page. This means you no longer need to open individual customer profiles to edit their tags; you can now manage, add, and remove tags conveniently right from the list view. This update will save you significant time in your daily operations.
🔤 Alphabetical Tag Sorting
We have reorganized tag visibility to improve clarity. From now on, all tags will automatically be sorted in a logical alphabetical order throughout the system. This change applies to various lists as well as the dedicated tags page. Thanks to this alphabetical sorting, browsing even large numbers of tags is significantly faster, and finding the right tag takes just a moment.
📱 Social Media Channels Update
We have removed the less frequently used Twitter (X) field from the stable information settings. In its place, we have added the ability to link your stable's TikTok account directly to your profile. This allows you to better showcase your visual content to your customers.
💶 New Payment Method for Irish Customers
We have expanded our payment options to serve our customers even better. Customers in Ireland now have the option to pay for their bookings and purchases conveniently via Pay By Bank. This update makes transactions more flexible and seamless, aligning perfectly with local banking practices.
🔧 Bug Fixes & Improvements
We implemented numerous small bug fixes to the system, improving overall site stability and ensuring a smoother user experience. We've also added the UAE as a country option. And finally, ACH (US bank account) payments have entered an early private beta with a small group of US stables – more to come.
