The quickest way to get riders onto Hopoti is to send them your stable's registration link. They create their own accounts and land on your client list automatically.
Share your registration link
Select Clients in the admin menu.
Select Share registration link.
Select Copy and paste the link into an email, newsletter, your website or social media. Or select Messenger or Email address to send it straight away.
Riders who open the link sign up on a page for your stable and appear under Clients as soon as they've registered. The New clients tab shows everyone added in the last 30 days.
As they sign up, riders choose whether they want marketing messages from your stable, and parents can add their children: see Set up a family account for your children.
Other ways riders can join
Open the one that fits your situation:
If riders already have a Hopoti account
If riders already have a Hopoti account
Ask them to log in, search for your stable and select the heart on your Hopoti page to add it as a favourite. They then appear on your client list. Riders can follow Find your stable and add it as a favourite.
If you share a link to one lesson, service or calendar
If you share a link to one lesson, service or calendar
A lesson: open the lesson in Events, select Share, then Copy, Messenger or Email address. The link opens the lesson's booking page.
A service: share it the same way from the service.
A calendar: on your Hopoti page, open Booking, choose the calendar and select Share a link to calendar.
Riders without an account sign up before they book. They appear on your client list once they book or add your stable as a favourite. If you use Quick checkout, new riders only give their name, phone number and email address: see Control when riders can book, and let new riders book faster.
If you'd rather add riders yourself
If you'd rather add riders yourself
Select Clients > Add new client and fill in the rider's details. With an email address, the rider gets an invitation to activate their account. Without one, you create a preliminary account: the rider can't log in or get messages about lessons, and if they later register on their own, the two accounts stay separate. See Add a rider or a family yourself.
If riders don't show up on your client list
Check these in order.
The rider registered without your link: they only appear once they book with you or add your stable as a favourite, so ask them to add your stable as a favourite.
You can't find the rider: search by name in Clients, or look under New clients.
The rider appears twice: one account is probably one you created yourself. Hopoti can't merge accounts, so move the bookings to the account the rider logs in with and hide the other. See Hide or remove a client.
Still stuck? Message our team with the rider's name and the email address they registered with.
