👋 Create your Hopoti account

Sign up with email, Google or Facebook, or finish the account your stable created for you.

You need a Hopoti account to book and pay for lessons at your stable. Every rider needs their own account, children too: parents create their own account and add a child account for each child.

  1. If your stable has sent you a sign-up link, open it. Otherwise go to hopoti.com/join, or select Join on the Hopoti home page.

  2. Choose how you'd like to sign up: with Google, with Facebook, or with your email address. There's no Sign in with Apple, so on an iPhone use one of these.

  3. Fill in your name, email address and phone number.

  4. If you're a parent, add your children as you go. See Set up a family account for your children.

  5. Choose whether you'd like news and offers from your stable, and finish signing up.

Your Hopoti account is ready. If you used your stable's link, you're on your stable's client list straight away. If you started while booking a lesson, Hopoti takes you back to your booking. Otherwise, find your stable next and add it as a favourite: see Find your stable and add it as a favourite.

The Hopoti sign-up page: a Sign in button, and under Create a new Hopoti account the Facebook, Google and Email buttons.

Before your first lesson

Before you pay for a booking or ride for the first time, fill in the rest of your rider details, such as height, weight and an emergency contact. Your stable uses them to choose a horse for you and to reach someone close to you if there's an accident. See Your profile and account settings.

Your stable may also ask you to sign its Registration Form before you can book. See Sign your stable's Registration Form.

If signing up doesn't work

If Hopoti asks for a password after you enter your email address, you already have an account with that email. Log in, or choose Forgot password? to set a new one. See Log in, reset your password or change your email.

If your stable has already added you

Some stables add their riders to Hopoti themselves. Open the situation that fits you:

If your stable sent you an invitation email

When your stable adds you with your email address, you get an invitation email with a link. Open the link and fill in the missing details to finish your account. Can't find the invitation? Ask your stable to send it again.

If your stable added you but you didn't get an invitation

Your stable may have added you without an email address. Ask them to add your email address to your details: you'll then get an invitation email to finish your account.

Don't create a second account yourself. Two Hopoti accounts can't be joined together later, so your stable would have to move your bookings over by hand.

If you've booked before with just your name, phone number and email

Some stables let new riders book with only a name, phone number and email address. If you booked like this, you already have a Hopoti account with that email. To log in, enter that email on the login page and choose Forgot password? to set a password. Then add the rest of your rider details.

If you're an instructor

Instructors and other stable staff need their own Hopoti account, like riders. If you already have one, for example as a rider, use it. If you don't, sign up as described above, or with the staff registration link from your stable. Then tell your stable the email address you log in with, so it can add you as staff.
