Businesses can send their clients invoices to be paid in Hopoti with the usual payment methods. Invoices can also be linked with certain lessons, which will display unpaid bookings in the calendar.
You can find the Invoices page in the top-right corner menu. From the Invoices page, you can also review invoices in more detail. By clicking on the 'Invoice details' button, you can see detailed information about the invoice, such as the stable from which the invoice is and the event to which the invoice is related. On the 'Paid' tab, you can find your previous invoices that you have paid. If you want a receipt for a paid invoice, go to the History page from the top-right corner menu and open the payment for which you want to see the receipt.
You can select multiple invoices issued by the same business to be paid at once. Paid invoices will be included in a separate section, and the status of any lesson linked with an invoice will change to a normal booking in the calendar immediately after the payment has been made.
Remember to pay all invoices before their due date! If an invoice is overdue, all bookings linked to the invoice will be cancelled, and your place will be made available for other clients. Please contact the business in matters concerning invoices.
