Let riders know they can book with Hopoti, at your stable and online. Order a welcome package with counter displays, print posters and signs, and use Hopoti logos and photos. You need Administrator permissions to open Settings.
Open Marketing materials
Go to Settings > Settings and select Marketing materials. The window has three sections: Welcome Package, Posters and signs, and Logos and photos. Select a section to open it.
Order your welcome package
Every Hopoti business can order one welcome package free of charge. The package has counter displays made for your stable that tell riders how to book lessons, which payment methods you take and what Hopoti offers them.
In Marketing materials, open Welcome Package.
Select Submit an order.
Fill in the order form and send it.
We send welcome packages about once a month:
In Finland: as a Posti parcel to your nearest Posti outlet or parcel locker. The parcel arrives 1 to 2 business days after we send it: pick it up within 7 days.
In other countries: by post to your business address.
Print posters and signs
In Marketing materials, open Posters and signs and download the Poster, the White Sign or the Blue Sign as a PDF. The posters and signs come in English and Finnish. Print them and put them up where your riders will see them.
Use Hopoti logos and photos
In Marketing materials, open Logos and photos to download the Hopoti logo and the Hopoti.com logo, each in blue and in white, as PNG files, and a product photo and a team photo as JPG files. For print, every logo is also available as a PDF in hopoti-brand.zip.
Follow these rules when you use the Hopoti logo:
Use the blue logo on light backgrounds and the white logo on dark or coloured backgrounds.
Leave clear space around the logo of at least half the logo's height, with no pictures or text in it.
Resize the logo only with its proportions kept. Don't rotate, skew, stretch or bend it.
Don't change the logo's colours or fonts, and don't add anything to it or remove any part of it.
Don't use the logo in a sentence.
Use these materials only to promote booking with Hopoti, and don't pass them on to others. Hopoti and the Hopoti logo are registered trademarks.
