Businesses may collect Registration Forms, Waivers, Contracts, Surveys, Waiting lists, Competition Forms, and other Forms through Hopoti. Filled forms are safely stored in Hopoti and visible only for the specific business and yourself.
Where to find the Registration Form?
If the business requires a Registration Form to be filled out, you will automatically be asked to sign it whenever making bookings – and also periodically after that when the signature expires, or the business has a new version for the waiver.
Where are all the Forms & Waivers?
All published forms are available on the front page of the Hopoti Business in a section named Forms. You can open any form from there and start filling it out once logged in. It's also possible to share a direct link for someone else to fill the same form using the Share button of the opened form.
Can I see or download my filled forms?
Yes! After you fill out the Hopoti Form, we automatically send you a PDF copy via email. Also, you can see and download all of your filled forms by going to Hopoti Menu > History > Forms.

Each digitally signed Hopoti Form is certified authentic through a unique document ID. This certificate provides peace of mind, verifying that your signed forms have not been modified after signing and match the original document signed.

Every transaction on the Hopoti platform is processed by a closely monitored Amazon Web Services (AWS) server infrastructure, secured with Cloudflare firewalls and encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit HTTPS Encryption.
