Businesses may collect Registration Forms, Waivers, Contracts, Surveys, Waiting Lists, Competition Entries, or other types of Forms through Hopoti. These forms allow the business to gather necessary details, consents, or agreements related to their services.
β All filled forms are securely stored in Hopoti, and are visible only to you and the specific business that created the form.
π Where to Find the Registration Form?
If a business requires a Registration Form, youβll be automatically asked to fill it before making bookings. This is part of the normal booking flow and must be completed to proceed. You may also be asked to re-sign a Registration Form:
When a previous signature expires (as defined by the business)
If the business updates the form to a new version
π Forms During Booking and Checkout
In addition to the Registration Form, businesses can request that other forms (such as competition entries, questionnaires, or waiver agreements) be filled out during the checkout process. These appear seamlessly while booking events or services and must be completed before confirming your booking.
π Where to Access Other Forms
All published forms are also available on the Hopoti front page of the business, under the Forms section. Once logged in, you can fill out any available form from there. If someone shares a direct link to a specific form, you can use it to access and submit the form as well.
π₯ Can I View or Download My Filled Forms?
Yes! All forms youβve submitted are saved to your account. To access them:
Go to Hopoti Menu > History > Forms
Depending on the form and its settings, you may also receive a PDF copy by email right after submitting. However, this is up to the business β some forms may be viewable only within Hopoti and not sent via email.
Legally Binding Agreements
E-signatures carry the same weight and legal efficiency as handwritten signatures and paper documents in most parts of the world:

AU β ETA & ETR Regulations β Electronic Signature
CA β PIPEDA Regulations β Electronic Signature
Certificate of Authenticity
Each digitally signed Hopoti Form is certified authentic through a unique document ID. This certificate provides peace of mind, verifying that your signed forms have not been modified after signing and match the original document signed.
Securely Stored in the Cloud
Every transaction on the Hopoti platform is processed by a closely monitored Amazon Web Services (AWS) server infrastructure, secured with Cloudflare firewalls and encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit HTTPS Encryption.
