Give a rider Stablecard credits without selling a card, or change the credits, expiry date or tags of a card they already have. You need Administrator or Instructor permissions: restricted instructors can't change cards.
Give a rider credits by hand
In the admin menu, open Clients and click the rider's name.
Open the Cards tab, then Stablecards.
Click New Stablecard.
Enter a Card name that tells the rider why they got it, for example "Make-up lesson".
Set the number of Credits.
Check Valid until. It's 3 months from today unless you change it.
Under Tags, add the tag of the lessons the credits are for. If your stable doesn't use tags, leave it empty: the credits then work on every lesson that accepts All Stablecards.
Click Add.
The new Stablecard shows on the rider's Stablecards tab with the credits left, the original credits, the Valid until date and the date it was granted. The rider books with it like any other Stablecard.
Change a rider's credits, expiry date or tags
In Clients, click the rider's name and open the Cards tab, then Stablecards.
Click the pencil on the card.
Change the Credits, Valid until or Tags.
Click Save.
To take a card away, click Delete in the same form.
Find valid, expired and used Stablecards
Every Stablecard your riders have is listed in Cards > Stablecards, with the client, card name, credits and Valid until date.
Valid: cards riders can use now.
Expired: cards that ran out of time with credits left.
Used: cards with no credits left.
Use the search and the period filter to narrow the list.
Open the section that fits your case.

You can extend an expired Stablecard, for example at the end of a season. Open Cards > Stablecards > Expired, click the card, set a new Valid until date and save. The credits left on the card can then be used until the new date.

Give the rider a new Stablecard by hand (see "Give a rider credits by hand" above) and name it so they know why, for example "Compensation, cancelled hack". Hand-given credits are for compensation, vouchers and corrections, not for selling lessons: to sell credits, see Create and sell Stablecards.
When you cancel a lesson yourself, you choose whether riders get a Stablecard credit (see Change, extend or delete lessons in a series). It's valid for 3 months by default, and you can extend it like any other card.
