🎟️ Create and sell Stablecards

Set up lesson cards with credits, a price and a validity, and choose who can buy them and which lessons they fit.

Stablecards are lesson cards with credits: a rider buys, for example, 10 credits at once and uses one credit per lesson. Here's how to create a Stablecard and put it on sale. You need Administrator or Instructor permissions.

Before you start

Create a Stablecard

  1. In the admin menu, open Cards. The Stablecards tab opens.

  2. Click Stablecards for sale, then Create Stablecard.

  3. Enter a Name riders will recognise, for example "10 group lessons".

  4. Under Credits, choose how many lessons the card books: 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30, or type another number.

  5. Enter the Price (including taxes) and choose the VAT %.

  6. Under Valid until, set how long the credits last: a number of months, weeks or days from purchase, or until a date.

  7. Leave Tags – limit card buying at All Users so everyone can buy the card, and leave Tags - Card is suitable to empty so the card pays for every lesson that accepts All Stablecards.

  8. Click Add.

The New Stablecard window filled in: Name 10 group lessons, Credits 10, Price 450.00 €, VAT % 13.5, Valid until 6 months from purchase, Purchasable without booking On, Use at once Off, Tags – limit card buying All Users, an empty Tags - Card is suitable to field, and Add and Cancel.

What happens next

  • Riders find the Stablecard in your Shop under Stablecards, and under Buy Stablecard when they book a lesson that sells Stablecards. Any booking fee you've added is included in the price they see.

  • Riders pay for Stablecards online, not with offline payment methods.

  • Riders who have a Stablecard can book with it on any lesson whose tags accept it, even if the lesson doesn't sell Stablecards.

  • Cards riders have bought show on the Stablecards tab under Valid, then move to Used or Expired.

  • Editing or deleting a card for sale doesn't change cards already sold. To change a rider's own card, see Give, edit or extend a rider's Stablecard.

  • To change the order of your cards for sale, click Order.

Credits can't be used after the card's Valid until date, and they can't pay invoices.

Open the section that fits the card you're selling.

If the card must be used straight away

Switch on Use at once, for example for a course sold as a card. Buying the card books the rider straight onto the next available lessons of the series they're booking, and leftover credits can be used later. With Use at once off (the default), riders choose their lessons.

If the card is only sold while booking

Switch off Purchasable without booking. The Stablecard is then not in your Shop, and riders are only offered it when they book a lesson that sells Stablecards.

If the card is only for some riders or lessons

You restrict Stablecards with tags. Tags are on the Growth, Pro and Ultimate plans. Earlier plans (from before September 2026) include them too.

  • Only some riders can buy it, for example a discounted card for regular riders: in Tags – limit card buying, remove All Users and add the riders' tag. Give the card the same Tags - Card is suitable to as your full-price card so it pays for the same lessons.

  • It only pays for some lessons: add a tag in Tags - Card is suitable to, and add the same tag to those lessons' Tags – limit buying. Lessons that keep All Stablecards accept every card, so remove All Stablecards from lessons a cheaper card shouldn't pay for.

If a rider's Stablecard doesn't work

Check the card's Valid until date first: expired credits are the most common reason. Then check its tags: a card with nothing in Tags - Card is suitable to only pays for lessons that accept All Stablecards. See A Stablecard or Pass doesn't work for a lesson.
