With a cooperation, two Hopoti businesses can show each other's calendars on their Booking pages, for example a riding club and the stable where its members ride. You need Administrator permissions to change Settings.
Send a cooperation request
Go to Settings > Cooperation.
Select Send a cooperation request.
Find the other business in Search for a Hopoti business account... and select it.
Select Send.
The request now waits in the other business's own Settings > Cooperation tab until an administrator there accepts it. Once it's accepted, the business shows under Active cooperation accounts with an Active badge.
Accept a cooperation request
When another business sends you a cooperation request, it waits in your own Settings > Cooperation tab, with a button to accept it. Accepting needs Administrator permissions. Once you've accepted, the business shows under Active cooperation accounts, and you can both choose which calendars to share.
Choose which calendars to share
In Settings > Cooperation, find the partner under Active cooperation accounts and open Cooperative settings.
Under This account, switch on each of your Own calendars you want to share. The switch then shows Shared.
Your shared calendars now show on the partner's Booking page, under Cooperation calendars. Under Cooperative account, you see the calendars the partner shares with you: they show on your Booking page.
Who gets the booking and the payment
Bookings and payments made through a shared calendar go to the business whose calendar it is: when a rider books a partner's lesson from your Booking page, the partner gets the booking and the payment. On your Booking page, riders see that the calendar's services are provided by the partner.
End a cooperation
In Settings > Cooperation, select Revoke cooperation next to the partner. Either business can end a cooperation at any time. Bookings already made through a shared calendar stay as they are.
If a shared calendar doesn't show
Check these in order:
The partner isn't under Active cooperation accounts: the other business hasn't accepted your request yet. An administrator there accepts it in their own Settings > Cooperation tab.
The partner is active, but their calendar isn't on your Booking page: the partner hasn't switched that calendar on in their Cooperative settings. Only the business that owns a calendar can share it.
Your calendar isn't on the partner's Booking page: switch it on under This account in Cooperative settings.
