👋 Sign your stable's Registration Form

Fill in and sign the form your stable needs before you can book, for yourself or your child.

Many stables ask riders to sign a Registration Form before they can book lessons. Your stable may call it something else, such as a waiver or rider agreement. If you're a parent, you sign it for each of your children.

Sign the Registration Form

  1. Log in to Hopoti and open your stable's Hopoti page.

  2. Select Sign Registration Form, or open Forms on the page and select the Registration Form. You also see Sign Registration Form when you open a lesson to book it.

  3. Check whose form it is, next to The form will be filled out for account.

  4. Read the form and fill it in. Fields marked with * are required.

  5. Tick the box to accept the form, sign in the Signature box and write your name under Name clarification.

  6. Select Accept and send.

Your form is signed and you can now book lessons at your stable. Your signed forms are in the menu in the top-right corner under History > Forms. Some stables also email you a PDF copy.

Can't select Accept and send and see Fill in required fields? A field marked with * is still empty.

The Registration Form window: who the form is for (Mia Koskinen) with the Switch account button, the stable's rules, the Electronic signature consent tick box, the Signature box and Name clarification, and the Accept and send button (greyed out until the required fields are filled).

Other situations

Open the section that fits you:

If you sign for your child

Each child needs their own signed Registration Form. Log in to your own parent account and open the form. Next to The form will be filled out for account, select Switch account and choose your child, then fill in and sign the form for them. Repeat for each child.

If you're asked to sign again

Your stable may ask you to sign again when your signature expires (for example after a set number of months or at the end of the calendar year) or when it updates the form. Sign it again the same way before you book.

If your stable asks you to fill in another form

Besides the Registration Form, your stable can ask you to fill in other forms, such as a competition entry, a questionnaire or a waiver. You find them in three places:

  • While you book: fill them in at checkout. You can't confirm the booking without them. For a Membership, its forms are asked when you join.

  • On your stable's Hopoti page: log in, open Forms and select the form.

  • From a link: if your stable sends you a link to a form, open it and fill the form in.

Every form you send is saved under History > Forms in the menu in the top-right corner.

If your calendar asks you to sign before a lesson

If you already have a booking but haven't signed the Registration Form, your calendar shows a reminder with a Sign Registration Form button. Sign the form before the lesson starts.
