A Stablecard is a digital lesson card from your stable: each credit books one lesson, so you don't pay every time you book. You also get a Stablecard credit when you cancel a lesson in time.
Before you buy
Each Stablecard works only for the lessons your stable has chosen, and only until its Valid until date. Unused credits can't be used after that. Stablecards are always paid online.
Buy a Stablecard
Open your stable's Hopoti page and select Shop.
Select Stablecards and choose a card.
Under Extra info, check how long the card is valid. Select Show valid lessons to see which lessons it fits.
Select Add product to shopping list. Buying for your child? Select Change receiver of the card.
Select Continue to payment method selection and pay.
Your Stablecard is now under Cards in the menu in the top-right corner, and on your stable's Booking page.
You can also choose Buy Stablecard at checkout when you book a lesson: a card bought with a lesson always fits that lesson. If your stable has added a booking fee (your stable may use its own name for it), the price already includes it.
Book with your Stablecard
Open your stable's Booking page and select your Stablecard to see only the lessons it's valid for.
Select a lesson and select Continue booking.
Choose Pay with Stablecard and select your card. With enough credits, you can select several lessons and book them all at once.
Confirm the booking.
One credit is used for each lesson, and the lesson shows in My calendar. Cancel in time and you get the credit back: see Cancel a booking and get your credit.

Some Stablecards say in the Shop: "This Stablecard must be used immediately to reserve the next available lessons." Buying one books you onto the next available lessons of that series. Left-over credits can be used later.

A credit from a lesson you cancelled in time is a one-time Stablecard with one credit: find it under Cards and book with it like any Stablecard. How long the credit is valid depends on how you paid for the lesson: see Cancel a booking and get your credit.
If you can't use your Stablecard for a lesson
Check these in order:
The card has expired. Check Valid until under Cards. Only your stable can extend a card.
There aren't enough credits for the lessons you selected.
The card isn't valid for this lesson. Select your card on the Booking page to see the lessons it fits.
The card is on another family account. Switch to the account the card belongs to with Switch account in the menu in the top-right corner, and book from there.
You paid, but the card isn't under Cards. Check that you're logged in to the account you paid with, and look for the payment in History in the menu in the top-right corner. If you chose your child with Change receiver of the card, the card is on your child's account (see the point above). If the payment is there but the card isn't, message our team in the chat with the date and amount of the payment.
You're trying to pay an invoice. Stablecards can't pay invoices.
The card isn't in the Shop. Some Stablecards are only offered when you book a lesson (choose Buy Stablecard at checkout), and some can be bought only by riders your stable has chosen. Ask your stable.
