Can't use a lesson you've booked, or your Stablecard credits? If your stable allows it, you can give them to someone in your family or to a Hopoti friend.
Before you start
Your stable decides whether you can transfer bookings and Stablecard credits: not at all, only within your family, or also to Hopoti friends you've added. A booking can be transferred only once it's paid and before the lesson's cancellation time has passed.
Give a booking to someone else
Select My calendar in the top bar.
Select the booking.
Select Transfer booking.
Choose who gets the booking and complete the transfer.
The booking moves to the other person straight away.
Give Stablecard credits to someone else
Open the menu in the top-right corner and select Cards.
Select the Stablecard.
Select Transfer Balance at the bottom of the card.
Choose who gets the credits and how many, and complete the transfer.
The other person can use the Stablecard credits straight away.
Family, friends and gift cards
Who shows in the transfer window depends on your stable's rules. Open the section that fits you:
If your stable allows transfers only within the family
If your stable allows transfers only within the family
You can give bookings and Stablecard credits to the accounts in your family account, without adding them as friends. To give away something on your child's account, switch to that account first with Switch account in the menu in the top-right corner. See Set up a family account for your children.

If your stable allows transfers with anyone, you can also give bookings and Stablecard credits to people you've added as Hopoti friends. Other Hopoti users don't show in the transfer window. To add a friend, ask for the link to their Hopoti profile, open it and select the heart next to their name: see Add friends and favourites, and choose your feed.

If your stable allows transfers, you can give a gift card to someone else after you've bought it. Open the gift card under Cards in the menu in the top-right corner and select Transfer Balance, the same way as for Stablecard credits.
If you can't transfer a booking or credits
The transfer button says why it can't be used. Check these in order:
Your stable doesn't allow transfers. Ask your stable whether it can move the booking for you.
The cancellation time has passed. Check the Cancellation policy in the booking.
The booking isn't paid yet. Only paid bookings can be transferred.
The person isn't in the transfer window. Add them as a Hopoti friend. If your stable allows transfers only within the family, you can't give to friends.
The booking or card is on your child's account. Switch to that account and transfer from there.
