Book a service from your stable, such as arena time, a private lesson, a trail ride or a rental. You choose the option, the time and who's coming, and book everyone at once.
Before you start
Log in to Hopoti. If your stable uses a Registration Form, sign it first: you can't book until you have. See Sign your stable's Registration Form.
Book a service
Open your stable's Hopoti page and select Booking.
Under Select calendar, choose the service's calendar or All services, and select the service.
Choose an option, for example 1 hour, 2 hours or a private booking.
Choose a free time.
Add the participants from your family accounts or friends, or fill in their details. Only you need a Hopoti account.
Answer any question your stable asks, and fill in any form it asks for.
Pay, or use a Stablecard that fits the service.
The booking shows in My calendar, and the time is reserved for you and your participants. Your stable's services are also in its Shop under Services.
Any booking fee your stable has added (it may use its own name for it) is already in the prices you see.

A Pass from your stable can give you access to a service while the Pass is valid, for example a month of arena time. Your stable may have an option just for Pass holders, which you book free while your Pass is valid: choose that option when you book. See Buy a Pass or a gift card.
If you pay with a Stablecard

Some stables sell Stablecards for services, for example a 10-time arena card. Choose the Stablecard when you pay. Some options use more than one credit, for example 2 credits for 2 hours. See Buy and use Stablecards.
If you book a private time
If you book a private time
A private option gives you the service for your use only, for example the whole arena. You're only offered times when nothing else is booked, and nobody else can book that time after you.
Cancel a service booking
Only the person who booked a service can change or cancel it. Cancel a service booking in My calendar if the service's cancellation policy allows it. If your stable gives credit for cancellations, you get a Stablecard automatically to book again. See Cancel a booking and get your credit.
If you can't book the service
Check these in order:
You're logged in, on the right family account, and you've signed the Registration Form.
No free times: the service is fully booked, or your stable has closed it that day. Try another time.
An option is missing: some options are only for certain riders, such as Pass holders. Check that your Pass is still valid.
Your Stablecard isn't offered: the card isn't valid for this service or doesn't have enough credits.
