Updated over a week ago

You can transfer bookings and Stablecard credits owned by friends and family, provided that the stable has enabled this.

Transfer between friends

  1. Ask the recipient of the card for a link to their Hopoti profile.

  2. Add the recipient as a friend by clicking the heart button next to their name.

  3. Transfer the booking or Stablecard to the recipient according to the instructions below.

Transfer between family accounts

  1. The holders of family accounts do not need to add each other as friends. Simply go to the Hopoti account of the sender of the booking or Stablecard.

  2. Transfer the booking or Stablecard to the recipient according to the instructions below.

🗓️ Transferring Bookings

You can browse your own Bookings on the Calendar page and click open any booking. Stables can enable the transfer of bookings either between friends or family or disable this feature in their settings. If transferring the booking has been enabled and the cancellation policy of the lesson is still valid, the booking info window features the Transfer booking button.

Click the button to open the transfer window. There, you can select the recipient for transfer. Once the transfer is complete, the bookings is immediately seen and in use by the recipient.

💳 Transferring Stablecard credits

You can view your Stablecards on the Hopoti homepage in the 'Cards' section or in the Stablecards window, which you can open from the top-right corner menu. You can tap on any card to open it and view its details. The stable can choose whether credits can be transferred to friends, family, or no one. If transfer is allowed, you will see the 'Transfer Balance' button at the bottom of the opened Stablecard.

Click the button to open the transfer window. There, you can select the recipient and the amount of the credits to be transferred.

Once the transfer is complete, the Stablecard can immediately be used by the recipient.
