Log in to Hopoti the same way you signed up: with your email address and password, with Google, or with Facebook. Hopoti doesn't have Sign in with Apple.
Log in
Go to hopoti.com and select Sign in at the top of the page.
If you signed up with Google or Facebook, choose the same one again. Otherwise, enter your email address and continue.
Enter your password.
If Hopoti asks for a password after you enter your email address, you have an account with that email. If it offers to create a new account instead, check the email address for typos, or try another email address you use.
Reset a forgotten password
On the login page, enter your email address and continue to the password screen.
Select Forgot password?
Open the link we email you and choose a new password.
The reset link works for one hour. If it has expired, ask for a new one the same way. If the email hasn't arrived, check all your email folders, spam included.
Change your email address or password
Log in to Hopoti.
Open the menu in the top-right corner and select Account settings.
Change your email address or password, and confirm the change with your current password.
Then log in with your new email address or password. You can't use an email address that another Hopoti account already has.

An account made with Google or Facebook has no Hopoti password. Log in with the same Google or Facebook button you used before.
To log in with your email address instead, for example on a new phone, use Forgot password? with your Google or Facebook email address to create a Hopoti password. If you signed up with Facebook long ago, your Hopoti account may use an older email address: try that one too.

To use your child's account, log in to your own parent account and switch to your child with Switch account in the menu in the top-right corner. If your child's account has its own email address and password, your child can also log in with those, and reset their password with Forgot password? See Set up a family account for your children.

If you can't use the email address on your Hopoti account and don't remember your password, message our team in the chat with your name, your stable's name and the email address you think your account uses. Message us too if the reset email doesn't arrive at all, even in your spam folder.
