Register your stable, riding school, club or coaching business on Hopoti, then get your Hopoti page published so riders can find you. Registering takes about 5 minutes.
Before you start
You need a personal Hopoti account: your business account is run from it. If you don't have one yet, start with Create your Hopoti account.
The person who registers becomes the business account's main user. You can add staff later: see Add staff and choose what they can do.
Our team sets your Hopoti plan once you've agreed on it. For pricing, see business.hopoti.com/pricing.
Register your business
Log in to Hopoti with your personal account.
Select Register a business account in the footer of hopoti.com, or go to hopoti.com/stable/join.
Choose your business type:
Stable: riding schools, private stables and other stables
Club: for example riding clubs
Company: for example independent instructors and coaches
Fill in your business details and contact details.
Complete the registration.
What happens after you register
In Finland: your business account opens straight away.
Outside Finland: a full-page screen asks you to book a demo or onboarding call. The screen can't be closed. Our team opens your business account after the call.
Your business stays hidden from Hopoti search and the public until it's published, so you can set up and test features first. To open your Hopoti page in the meantime, use Favorites in the top bar or the page's web address.
Get your Hopoti page ready
A setup progress bar at the top of your new Hopoti page shows how many of its seven steps are done, for example 2/7 Done!, and the next steps to take. Select All steps to see them all:
Fill public information: the details riders see
Fill business details: such as your address
Verify your business: needed for online payments, see Start taking online payments
Add images
Fill features: your facilities and amenities
Add events or services
Add horses

Publish your Hopoti page
Complete the steps in the setup progress bar.
Select Ready to publish? on the right of the progress bar.
Answer the questions in the chat window that opens.
Our team reviews your request and publishes your business. Your Hopoti page then shows in Hopoti search and riders can find you.
If something doesn't look right
Riders can't find your stable: your business isn't published yet. Finish the progress bar and select Ready to publish?.
