In this update, we publish the most frequently asked features from our Riding Schools to make the use of Hopoti even easier! 🤩

New Features

Edit payment plan
Now you can easily edit your payment plan amounts, parts, due dates, and other information - so you no longer have to delete invoices and start over. You can edit the payment plan either from the event window or through invoices by tapping the 🔧 button for the desired customer.

Move participant to another event
The customer's weekly lesson needs to change from Monday to Tuesday? No problem! Tap the 🔧 button in the event window for the desired customer, and you will be able to select a new lesson to which the customer will be transferred. At the same time, you can edit the payment plan and other information as needed.

Replace with another client
For example, if a customer's lessons are reserved for the wrong Hopoti account, you can simply tap the 🔧 button in the event window for the desired customer. Then select a new customer to whom the lessons and any related invoices will be transferred. At the same time, you can edit the payment plan and other information as needed.

Mark the invoice as paid
Did the customer pay the Hopoti invoice with some other payment method not found from Hopoti? You can now mark an invoice as paid by tapping "Mark as paid" next to the invoice, and the lessons will be successfully finalized.

Improvements

Adding a client to an event
The process is now more clear, you can move back and forth between steps, and the choices of payment methods have been particularly improved. You can also deduct customer gift card balances as a payment for the added lessons.

Creating a payment plan
Clarified view for creating payment plans is now available to businesses when adding customers to lessons or editing payment plans.

Other changes


Corrections to History
Correct information on cards purchased without reservations can now be found in History, and you can also download receipts from these. Also, we've done several other minor fixes and additions related to gift cards, memberships, and marking invoices as paid.

Swedish LOK support with IOL integration
Our Swedish business customers can now enjoy full LOK support, as Hopoti has a ready-made IOL integration.
