Managing Family Accounts is easier than ever. You can create all Family Accounts during registration, and a new interactive guide shows you how to switch between them effortlessly. Improved child account management is available through the revamped settings interface, and we've added a quick-switch dropdown in booking views (see photo above), making booking faster and more convenient for multiple children.
🔗 New Links to Join as a Client
Hopoti now includes business-specific registration links on business pages, booking calendars, event details and more. These links take users to customized registration pages, making it simple for businesses to onboard new clients. Personalized links can also be shared by the business directly from the "Clients" page for even greater convenience.
👤 Enhanced User Creation for Businesses
Businesses too can now create preliminary client accounts with the streamlined wizard-style flow. This process supports creating entire Family Accounts at once and allows editing client information or resending invitation emails until accounts are activated, making account setup smoother than ever.
✉️ Improved Staff Onboarding
Setting up your team in Hopoti is now a breeze for business owners. Business admins can copy staff registration links from the "Business Settings > Staff" page and share them with instructors or other staff members. Admins are notified via email when new staff register, ensuring they can assign permissions quickly.

Service and timetable handling has been significantly improved for better accuracy for service bookings. Booking times now reliably reflect intervals, limits, and exceptions, ensuring a smoother experience for everyone.
