✉️ Review and export form answers

Find completed forms, sort them with your own categories, see summaries and download answers.

Every form riders fill in is saved in Hopoti. Find completed forms, follow them up with your own categories, see a summary of the answers and download them for your records.

This feature is available on certain plans

Online waivers and forms are available on the Pro and Ultimate plans.

Earlier plans (from before September 2026) include this too.

Find completed forms

  1. Select Forms in the admin menu. The Completed forms tab lists every filled form, newest first.

  2. Search by rider or form, or use the filter (funnel) to show only some form types, such as Registration Form, Contracts or Surveys.

  3. Select a form to open it.

The filled form shows the rider's answers and signature, the form number, the date and a document ID. Select Download to save a copy. Forms filled in while booking are marked Event form, and their answers also show in the lesson window next to the rider.

To see the forms one rider has filled in, open the rider's client card and select the Forms tab.

The Completed forms tab on the Forms page (next to Edit forms and Registration Form Active, with Edit form categories): a search field, the category chips Archived 4, Done 39 and Waiting 42, the type filter, and a list of filled forms with the rider, the category and Event form labels, the form number and title (Rider agreement and stable rules, Riding camp registration, Photo permission, Horse wish) and the date.

Follow up forms with categories

Categories are your own colour-coded labels, such as Waiting and Done, for forms that need action, like requests or entries. To create categories:

  1. On the Forms page, select Edit form categories.

  2. Select New category, pick a colour and type a name.

To file a form, open it and choose a category under Select a category. The category chips above the list show how many forms each category has; select one to see only those forms. To give every answer to a form the same starting category, set Form category settings in the form's Form settings: see Create forms, waivers and surveys.

See a summary of the form answers

  1. Select Forms in the admin menu.

  2. Open the Edit forms tab. For the Registration Form, open the Registration Form tab instead.

  3. Select Summary next to the form. The number on the button is how many times the form has been filled in.

  4. If the form has changed since riders started filling it in, choose the version to see.

Form summaries shows how many times the form was submitted and between which dates, with a chart of the answers to each question. Summaries suit surveys and other forms with many answers.

The Form summaries window: the version menu (v3 - Total: 1), the number of times the form was submitted between two dates, the Download button, and the answers to the Autumn feedback survey: counts per option for Which lessons do you ride? and Would you recommend us to a friend?, and bar charts with the average for a star rating and an emoji rating question.

Download the form answers

In Form summaries, select Download to get the answers as a CSV or Excel file. In a spreadsheet you can sort and filter the answers, for example to list everyone who entered a competition. To get a PDF of each filled form by email as it comes in, switch on Create PDF and Send filled form to business email in the form's Form settings. The copy goes to the Forms email address in Settings > Settings > Business emails.
