Your business details decide your Hopoti page address, what your receipts show and which time zone your stable runs on. You need Administrator permissions to open Settings.
Change your business details
Go to Settings > Settings and open Business details.
Change the fields you need.
To move your pin, drag the map and click your stable's exact location.
Select Save.
Your Hopoti page and receipts then use the details you saved. Legal company name and Currency are locked: message our team in the chat to change them. Check the currency before you add prices.
The Business details section has these fields:

If you change your business name
Your business name is part of your Hopoti page address. When you change Business name, the address changes with it, and old links to your page stop working: your registration link, shared booking links, Hopoti booking on your own website (see Add Hopoti booking to your own website) and links on social media.
After the change, share your new links everywhere you used the old ones. If you'd rather keep your old address, message our team: we can set your page link back to the old one.

Your receipts are UAE simplified tax invoices, titled Tax Invoice, with your legal company name, address and TRN. Hopoti prints Business / VAT number exactly as you save it, so save it as TRN followed by a space and your number. See Download receipts for your payments.
If your business details don't look right
Hopoti shows Check Business ID: check the number in Business / VAT number for a typo. If you don't have a business ID yet, message our team.
Lesson or service times look shifted by some hours: check Time zone.
Receipts show the wrong details: check Business / VAT number and Address. For the legal company name, message our team.
Your stable shows in the wrong place on the map: check Address and the pin.
Old links don't work: your business name changed. Share the new links, or ask our team to set your old address back.
