Your Hopoti page is what riders see when they find your stable: your images, description, contact details, features and prices. You need Administrator permissions to change Settings.
What riders see on your Hopoti page
To see your Hopoti page, select Client pages at the top of the admin menu. Riders see your cover image, profile image and name, and the tabs Home, Booking, Shop and Horses. Sections you haven't filled in aren't shown. While you're logged in as staff, the gear and image icons on the page take you to the matching setting.
Add your description and contact details
Go to Settings > Settings and open Public information.
Under Business description, write a short introduction to your stable and select Save description.
Under Contact information, fill in Phone, Email and Additional information (such as opening hours, up to 500 characters), and add links to your Homepage, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Select Save contact information.
Your description and contact details now show on your Hopoti page. Keep Email up to date: when riders reply to an email you send from Hopoti, the reply goes to this address.
Add your profile and cover image
Go to Settings > Images.
Select Change profile image and drop your logo into the window, or click to upload it.
Select Change cover image and upload a wide photo of your stable or a lesson.
Your new images then show at the top of your Hopoti page.
Use a square profile image of 600 x 600 pixels and a cover image of 1920 x 800 pixels, up to 9 MB each. Files over 1 MB stay sharp on large screens. Images you upload belong to your stable, so you can reuse them in emails and on your other pages.
Show your features and prices
Settings > Features: choose what your stable offers from Stable features, Services for horses, Client services and Additional services, then select Save. Riders see your features on your Hopoti page and can use them to search for stables.
Settings > Pricing: type a Product and its Price in the empty row and select Add. Save a changed row with its tick, remove it with its cross, and drag rows into order with Order. The price list is for information only: riders can't buy from it, and it doesn't change your lesson, service or card prices.
Show your staff and stable rules
Staff with Public switched on in Settings > Staff show on your Hopoti page (see Add staff and choose what they can do). Your stable rules are under Rules in Settings > Rules: edit Hopoti's starter text and select Save, or select Load default rules to go back to it. Riders accept your rules whenever they book or buy, so keep them in line with Hopoti's terms and your cancellation policies (see Choose your cancellation policies).
To use your own brand colours on your Hopoti page:
If you want branding and custom colours
If you want branding and custom colours
With branding, your Hopoti pages use your own colours, font and name in the header instead of the Hopoti logo and blue, with a short name on phones and an optional tagline. There's no setting for it: our team sets it up from your colour codes or brand book and a font you can share (a Google Font is easiest).
Branding and custom colours are included in the Ultimate plan and can be added to the Starter, Growth and Pro plans. New features like this aren't part of earlier plans (from before September 2026). Message our team to get access.
If your Hopoti page doesn't look right
A change doesn't show: check that you saved that section. Save description and Save contact information are separate.
An image looks blurry or cut off: upload it again at 600 x 600 pixels (profile) or 1920 x 800 pixels (cover).
Riders can't find your stable in search: check your Features, and your address in Business details (see Update your business details, time zone and currency).
Still stuck? Message our team in the chat with your business name, the part of the page that looks wrong and, if you can, a screenshot.
