Add pages of your own, such as About us or Competition team, to your Hopoti page, and post news for your riders. You do both on your Hopoti page while logged in with your staff account.
Add a page
Select Client pages at the top of the admin menu to open your Hopoti page.
Select + at the end of the page tabs, after Frontpage and any pages you've already added.
Type the Page name: it's the name on the page's tab.
Write the page in the text box, with headings, text, lists, links, images and videos.
Choose the Status: draft or published.
Choose whether Commenting is on or off.
Save the page.
A published page shows as its own tab on your Hopoti page. Riders don't see drafts. The first tab, Frontpage, shows your business description (see Make your Hopoti page look great).
Add images and videos to a page
Images: use the image button in the page editor. Images belong to your stable, so an image you've uploaded once can be used again on other pages and in emails.
Videos: paste a video link, for example from YouTube, into the text box, and the video shows on the page.
Change the order of your pages and group them
Select Order while you're adding or editing pages to change the order of the page tabs and create categories. A category groups several pages under one tab with a menu, for example About us with Our history and Our team.
Post news
Select Client pages at the top of the admin menu to open your Hopoti page.
In News, type your post in the Write... box.
To add a photo, select Image.
Select Send.
The post shows in News on the Home tab of your Hopoti page, where riders can like and comment on it. Riders who have your stable as a favourite also see it in their feed on the Hopoti home page.
To change or remove a post, select the three dots (...) at the bottom of the post, then Edit or Delete. To share it elsewhere, select the three dots, then Share, and copy the link.

Use tags to decide who sees a page and who can comment on it, for example a page for your staff or competition team. Choose the tags when you add or edit the page:
Tags - page can be seen by: only riders with one of these tags see the page.
Tags - page can be commented by: only riders with one of these tags can comment.
Tags are available on the Growth, Pro and Ultimate plans. Earlier plans (from before September 2026) include them too. See Use tags to decide who can book and buy.
If riders can't see a page or a post
A page is missing: check that its Status is published, not draft.
Some riders can't see a page: only riders with one of the tags in Tags - page can be seen by see it.
Riders can't comment on a page: check Commenting and Tags - page can be commented by.
A rider doesn't see your news in their feed: news shows in the feed only when your stable is one of the rider's favourites. It always shows in News on your Hopoti page.
