Your stable may sell Passes and gift cards in its Shop. A Pass gives you access to certain lessons, prices or services for a set time, for example a monthly indoor arena pass. A gift card is a present for someone else, for example a lesson or a camp.
How a Pass works
A Pass is a one-off purchase. While it's valid, you can book or buy what it unlocks, such as arena time that only Pass holders can book. When the Pass ends, that access ends too. A Pass doesn't renew automatically: buy a new one when you need it again.
A Pass isn't a Membership, which you pay for every month: see Join a monthly Membership.
Buy a Pass
Open your stable's Hopoti page and select Shop.
Select Passes. The list shows how long each Pass is valid and its price.
Choose a Pass and read its description in the Shop to see what the Pass gives you.
Select Add product to shopping list.
Select Continue to payment method selection and pay.
Your Pass is valid from the moment you buy it until its end date. You'll find it under Cards in the menu in the top-right corner.
Passes are always paid online. If your stable has added a booking fee (your stable may use its own name for it), the Shop price already includes it.
Buy a gift card
In your stable's Shop, select Gift card and choose a card. Its description says what it covers, how long it's valid and how to use it.
Select Add product to shopping list.
To give the gift card to someone else, select Change receiver of the card and choose who gets it.
Select Continue to payment method selection and pay.
Gift cards are always paid online. If your stable allows transfers, you can also give the gift card to someone after you've bought it: see Give a booking or Stablecard credits to someone else.

A Pass gives access only to the account it's bought for. In the shopping list, select Change receiver of the card and choose your child, so the Pass goes to your child's account. You pay from your own account.

Gift cards can't be used to pay at checkout, for bookings or for Stablecards. To use one, contact your stable: the stable gives you what the gift card covers and marks the card as used. For a lesson, your stable can also book you onto it and pay it from your gift card. The gift card's description may say how to redeem it.
If your Pass doesn't work
Check these in order:
The Pass has ended. Check its end date under Cards in the menu in the top-right corner, and buy a new one if you need it.
The Pass is on another family account. Switch to the account it was bought for with Switch account in the same menu.
The Pass doesn't cover what you're trying to book. Check the Pass's description in the Shop, or ask your stable.
You can't find the Pass in the Shop. Some Passes can be bought only by certain riders: ask your stable.
Your stable can change a Pass's end date or end it early. For technical problems, message our team in the chat with your stable's name and the name of the Pass.
