The Clients page lists every rider connected to your stable. You can search it, filter it, choose the columns you see and download it.
Find a rider
Select Clients in the admin menu.
Type the rider's name, email address or phone number in the search field.
Select the rider's name to open their client card.
To sort the list, select a column heading. For what the client card shows, see A rider's client card: bookings, invoices, cards and history.
Use the filter tabs
The tabs above the client list each show a group of clients, with a count:
Clients: all your clients.
New clients: clients added in the last 30 days, also marked New in the list.
Members: clients with a valid club membership (SRL membership). Only Finnish stables use club membership.
Gift cards: clients with a valid gift card.
Skill level unconfirmed: clients whose skill level you haven't confirmed yet. See Set up skill levels and confirm riders' levels.
Missing Registration Form: clients who haven't signed your Registration Form yet, so they can't book. See Set up the Registration Form riders must sign.
Narrow the list with the filter
The filter button (funnel) next to the tabs chooses which kinds of clients the list includes, such as Client has ridden, Clients added by the stable, Parent account clients or Preliminary clients (riders you added who haven't activated an account yet). Everything is ticked except Hidden clients.
Tick Hidden clients to see riders you've hidden. A hidden rider keeps their bookings, invoices and history: see Hide or remove a client.
Choose the columns you see
The buttons at the top right of the client list switch the columns:
Basic info (default): tags, club membership, and counters for reservations, open invoices and Stablecard credits.
Extra Info: skill level, weight and height, with a Confirm button for unconfirmed levels.
Notes: your Business remarks (riders never see them) and the rider's own note.
Contact: email, phone and emergency contact. Empty details show as Missing.
Club membership shows whether the rider's SRL membership is valid. Only Finnish stables use it, and it isn't a Hopoti Membership.
Icons next to a name show linked family accounts, preliminary clients and whether the Registration Form is signed.
Download the client list
Select Download and choose CSV, XLS or TXT. The file has all your clients with all their details, whichever tab, filter or column view you have open.
Message riders from the list
Select Send messages, tick the riders you want to reach (or Select all) and select Send a message for selected. Riders who can't get messages, such as preliminary clients without an email address, show a no-entry icon instead of a tick box. See Send an email or text message to riders.
If a rider isn't on the list
Check these in order:
Search by email address or phone number: the name may be spelt differently.
Check the filter: the rider may be hidden or of a kind you've unticked.
The rider hasn't connected to your stable yet: riders appear once they sign up with your registration link, book or buy something from you, or add your stable as a favourite. See Bring your riders onto Hopoti.
Still stuck? Message our team in the chat with the rider's name and the email address they signed up with.
