My calendar shows your upcoming lessons, the horse you'll ride, invoices that are due and forms you still need to sign. Parents see their children's bookings there too.
Open your calendar
Select My calendar in the top bar, or the Calendar tab on your profile. My calendar shows your bookings, including Membership lessons, the horse you'll ride, invoices on their due date (marked for example Due date today!, or Pay immediately! once they're overdue), and Horsecare and Riding diary entries. Pay due invoices under Invoices in the top bar: see Pay your invoices.
Select a booking to see its details, cancel it or transfer it: see Cancel a booking and get your credit and Give a booking or Stablecard credits to someone else.
Choose what your calendar shows
In My calendar, select Show.
Under Event types displayed on the calendar, tick the entries you want to see, for example Due invoices, Riding diary or Past events.
On a computer, past lessons show minimised unless you tick Past events.
See which horse you're riding
If your stable assigns horses in Hopoti, your horse shows on the lesson in My calendar once the lesson's cancellation time has passed and the horses are assigned. Until then, the lesson says Not assigned yet.
Your stable chooses your horse, but you can show it which horses you like. Open your stable's Hopoti page, select Horses and select the heart next to a horse you like. Your stable sees your favourite horses when it assigns horses. See Add friends and favourites, and choose your feed.
Sign forms before your lesson
If a lesson you've booked still needs your stable's Registration Form, My calendar shows a reminder and the lesson shows Sign Registration Form!. Select Sign Registration Form and sign before the lesson starts, or your stable may not let you take part. See Sign your stable's Registration Form.
Rate a past lesson
For two weeks after a lesson, you can rate the lesson, the instructor and the horse: open the past lesson in My calendar and give your ratings. Lesson ratings aren't public: only your stable sees them. In group lessons they're anonymous: your stable sees the number of ratings and the averages, not who gave them.
If you're a parent or an instructor
Open the section that fits you:
If you have a family account
If you have a family account
As a parent, My calendar shows your own and your children's bookings, and you can cancel your children's lessons there. To see only your own bookings, select Show and clear Family's Hopoti bookings. See Set up a family account for your children.
If you're also an instructor
If you're also an instructor
If you're marked as the instructor of a lesson, the lesson shows in My calendar too. To hide instructor lessons, select Show and clear Instructor events. To see them, with the riders' names, in your phone's calendar, see Sync your Hopoti calendar with Google, Apple or Outlook.
If something is missing from your calendar
Check these in order:
The entry type is hidden. Select Show and tick it.
You're on another family account. Switch to your own account with Switch account in the menu in the top-right corner.
The booking wasn't finished. A finished booking shows in My calendar straight away. If it's missing, check the lesson on your stable's Booking page.
The booking is on another Hopoti account. If your stable says you're booked but you can't see the booking, you or your child may have a second Hopoti account, for example one made with another email address. Log in with your other email address, or ask your stable which account the booking is on. Two Hopoti accounts can't be joined, but your stable can move the booking to the account you use.
An invoice wasn't paid in time. Invoices for lesson bookings you pay online, such as single lessons and season instalments, are cancelled with their bookings after your stable's grace period, and cancelled bookings can't be restored. Membership invoices aren't cancelled. Check Invoices, and see Pay your invoices.
If something still looks wrong, message our team in the chat with your stable's name, the lesson and its date, and who the booking is for.
